Yesterday’s TRRA meeting was great.  We tossed out lots of ideas for programs for the coming year along with ideas on where we wanted to see TRRA headed.  Our great new leader, Judy Mouzakis, told us the theme for this year is “Follow Your Heart”. 

Some of the program ideas tossed out were programs on motivation for writers along with how to stay focused on your writing; how to build conflict in your scenes; how to get unstuck when your stuck on a scene; how to transition between scenes; male vs. female POV; and the building blocks of writing (laying a good foundation for your story).  Those are just a few of the ideas tossed out.  Your program committee is already hard at work lining up those programs for you.

2012 is going to be a banner year for TRRA.  If you’re a writer – whether published or not – and you’re close enough to attend meetings, you should definitely think about joining us.  We write in all genres – not just romance and we welcome all writers into our family.  So come on in and check us out.
